How to shop

In this section we have tips for you on how to easily go through the entire shopping process from product selection to ordering.

Search for goods
Some like to wander around the store, others go straight for the product they want to buy. 

If you belong to the first group, select the category you are interested in in the top menu and the individual types of products in it until you reach your desired category. 
If you already know what you want, use the search field. At the top right of the page, you will find a search bar that will take you to the desired product or fragrance in cooperation with the whisperer.

Login 
You can log in as: 

1. New customer, if you are shopping on WONET for the first time - just enter your e-mail and continue with the order. 
2. Registered customer, if you have already shopped on WONET and registered under your password. Fill in the e-mail and password and continue with the order. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the e-mail address under which you registered. 

The e-mail is used for all communication regarding your order; therefore, it is necessary to fill it in correctly.

Cart
You can add the goods to the basket using the "Add to Cart" button.
In the cart, you will clearly see at one place everything you have put into it - the exact name of the goods, availability, number of pieces (you can change it at will) and price.
You will always see the complete contents of the cart when you insert goods into it or if you click on the cart symbol at the top right of the page.

If you also have a discount coupon available, check the "Apply discount coupon" box in the cart below the list of goods and enter the appropriate code in the "Discount coupon" box and the amount will be deducted from your order immediately.

You can return to the cart at any time by clicking on the orange cart icon at the top right. If you already have some goods in it, the icon will show you the total value of all products in the cart.

Shipping and Payment
On the next page you will be offered modes of transport. You can find a complete overview of them on the Delivery Methods page.

In the next step of the basket, you also choose the method of payment. You can find a complete overview on the Payment Methods page.

Filling in delivery data
In this step, we need you to fill in the delivery details so that we know to whom, where and how to send the package. You can also add a note to the order, which will be displayed in the system. Before completing the order, please do not forget to check the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions". Please, read them carefully.

Good to know
You will be informed by e-mail about each step-in processing of your order. At all times, you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect delivery of selected goods.
