Use: 
It all starts with scrubbing dead skin right at the beginning of the shower. Rub the body scrub gently in a circular motion for about 30 seconds in each area, then rinse. However, do not overdo it with the use of body scrub so that your skin does not remain irritated. It´s recommended to use the scrub once or twice a week.
