Returns Policy - WONET
We understand that Bath & Body Works scents may not always meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible for you. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Inform Us: The first step in the return process is to inform us of your intention to return the product(s). You can do this by contacting us via email at obchod@wonet.cz or by phone at +420 725 030 405. Please provide your order details and reason for the return.

Pick-up Arrangement: Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for a GLS courier pick-up directly from your address. The cost for this service depends on your country, but it will be similar to the shipping rate you paid for the delivery of your order.

Pack the products: All you need to do is securely pack the product(s) in a box and hand it over to the courier. They will have a pre-prepared label to attach to the box.

Convenient Pick-up: The GLS courier will contact you in advance to schedule a pick-up day and time that suits your convenience.

Receive Refund: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund without delay, typically within 2 working days. Please note that the refunded amount will cover the cost of the returned product(s) but will exclude any shipping fees. Furthermore, the refund will be adjusted to account for the cost of the return shipping fee.
Return Conditions:
- The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
