Terms and Conditions:

WONET s.r.o. establishes the following terms and conditions that regulate the rights and obligations between the company as the seller and the customer when making purchases on the online store www.wonet.cz/en. These conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract.

Communication and Contract Conclusion:

The contract is concluded remotely through the online store www.wonet.cz/en. The customer confirms the order by filling in the required information, agreeing to the terms and conditions, and submitting the order. The language of communication can be Czech, English, Slovak, or German.

User Account:

Upon registration, the customer gains access to their user account, where they are required to provide correct and truthful information. Login details are protected by a password and username.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

The price of the goods is stated in the offer on the e-shop, and payment is made after the contract is concluded and before the goods are delivered. Payment can be made by bank transfer, online card payment, PayPal, or cash on delivery (only in Czech Republic and Slovakia).

Delivery of Goods:

Goods are delivered through GLS or Zásilkovna within 3 working days of ordering.

Right to Refuse Further Orders:

If the customer fails to collect the order upon cash on delivery and the package is returned, WONET reserves the right to refuse to fulfill further orders from the customer without payment in advance.

Package Inspection and Claims:

Upon receiving the goods, it is important to inspect the package thoroughly. If there is any suspicion of damage, it must be reported immediately to the courier, and a record of the damage should be made. In the event of damaged goods, please contact WONET and provide photos of both the package and the damaged items. Refunds for damaged goods will be processed within 2 working days upon receiving the claim.

Contract Withdrawal:

In the event of contract withdrawal, please contact WONET. The process of returning goods involves arranging for a courier to pick them up, arrangement managed by WONET at the customer's expense. For further details, please refer to our Returns Policy. Once we receive the unused and undamaged goods, we will issue a refund within 2 working days.
